When can I expect to receive my Birch Babe package?

At Birch Babe, we hand ship all of our products from our studio, near Bon Echo Provincial Park, Ontario. Our shipping team is hard at work ensuring your products reach you as quickly as possible. Our estimated shipping times are as follows:

Canada Standard: 5-7 business days

Canada Expedited: 2-3 business days

United States Standard: 8-15 business days

United States Expedited: 4-5 business days 

International: 8-15 business days

Where does Birch Babe ship?

Currently, Birch Babe ships to all of Canada and the United States. 

We do also offer international shipping, although orders outside of Canada and the U.S. may have local taxes and duties added, and take longer to arrive.

We are working towards finding distributors who will help us bring Birch Babe to Europe soon!

Are there any taxes and duties?

International orders outside of the U.S. and Canada may require additional taxes and duties upon delivery.

Duties in Canada and the United States are included in shipping costs and handled by Birch Babe.

Does Birch Babe ship to Canadian PO Boxes?

Yes we do! We can ship your order to Canadian PO boxes with Standard Shipping. Expedited orders require a residential or business street address. 

When will my order ship?

After your order is placed, it takes 2-4 business days to process. Orders placed after 1pm EST will process the following business day. All orders are processed Monday to Friday (orders placed after 1pm Friday will be processed the following Monday). After processing time, your parcel will ship out and be on its way!
